Counseling

There are times when you want or need to speak with an expert, someone who is trained to help assess problems and refer you to programs that can help. Sometimes just speaking with a professional counselor can help get you back on track.

Through your EAP you have the opportunity to meet with a counselor to help you address your issues. We provide you with a counselor within 20 minutes or 20 miles of your home or office. In many instances we have counselors within your town who can meet with you. Just tell us what town is convenient for you. We will provide you with the counselor's name and phone number.

You set the appointments directly with the counselor, for a date and time that is convenient for you.

Our counselors are licensed and meet national standards. In most instances you will meet with a social worker. Our network has caring professionals with expertise in vast variety of concerns (see Concerns Addressed page.).

You, as the benefit eligible employee, are covered for EAP services. Your dependents may also be covered. Check with your Human Resources department. Your EAP is available 24 hours each day, 7 days each week. We are open holidays. When you call your EAP first at 1-800-300-0628, you will speak with a live clinician who will help match you with the information and referrals you need, or direct you to a counselor you can meet with at your convenience.
